Located in the heritage enclave of Ann Siang Hill, Nutmeg & Clove takes inspiration from its surroundings with cocktails that reflect the changing face of Singapore down the centuries. The latest menu is inspired by Singapore's first British resident William Farquhar's natural history drawings and is split into sections, from Herb, to Spice, Clove and Fruit, with avant-garde cocktails featuring fresh local ingredients. There’s everything from the Bayside (bay leaf-infused gin, spiced appled reduction, lemon and egg white) to the Call Me Old Fashion – coconut fat-washed Remy Martin, Suze coconut, Pandan sugar and house tea bitters.
