To celebrate Easter this year, our talented bar team have created a cocktail inspired by a classic Simnel cake. Traditionally eaten on Easter Sunday, Simnel cake is a light fruit cake with citrus and a topping of sweet marzipan icing.
Reflecting the flavours of the cake, the cocktail is made with brandy and Advocaat with zesty orange and sweet chocolate bitters, topped with a caramel nest and mini chocolate eggs...because who doesn't love mini eggs?
The ultimate Easter indulgence, is available from Monday 15th to Sunday 28th April.
