Alain Ducasse at Morpheus proposes a contemporary French haute cuisine, simple but with great subtlety. A radical approach, but full of meaning. The restaurant, designed by designers Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, is part of an elegant world around classic and tailor-made pieces, such as Pascal Oudet's carved wooden presentation plates, or the Cabinet de Curiosités which brings together objects from the personal collection of Alain Ducasse.
