Highline is our fine dining restaurant situated above the bottle shop on the first floor at 29 Chapel Street, Windsor. (Entry is via a hidden door between the bottle shop and the convenience store).
In October 2014 we set about creating a truly unique fine dining experience using produce from our own farm- Oak Valley.
Oak Valley is located in the Strathbogie Ranges at Longwood in Victoria. With over 2000 acres of land we grow a huge variety of fruit and vegetables. We also have our own livestock- Pure Bred Angus cattle, Dorper lambs and Pure Bred Berkshire pigs. Seasonally we collect honey from our bee hives, wild berries from our paddocks and mushrooms from our Radiata Pine plantation.
Head Chef Simon Tarlington (Young Chef of the Year Finalist 2014 and formerly of Quay in Sydney and Maze in London) and his team create dishes from the freshest ingredients as they arrive from the farm. Dishes often changing daily as produce arrives.
The restaurant itself is a very intimate space where we hope to transport away from the hustle and bustle of city life to the peace and tranquility we enjoy at the farm.
Our Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Eric Wagnon and his team will take you on the “Farm to Plate Journey”. Eric’s extensive experience and knowledge is highlighted in his wine matches.
Highline is open on Tuesday through to Saturday from 6pm.
Tuesday to Friday you are welcome to dine a la carte or from the seasonal degustation menu.
If you would like to book the restaurant exclusively please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +613 95104050.
