Restaurant Ephernité is one of the pioneer of « farm to table » concept in Taiwan, where the ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, we worked only with the fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits, which are all selected, harvest and sent directly everyday by our farmers. One seating, one tasting menu per day and varied depending on the local produces.
We make efforts to lower the environmental shock and cultural influences by cultivating all the vegetables locally, choosing local fruits with best tastes, and growing herbs in our own garden.
