Our Danish chef and co-owner, Ulrik Jepsen has experience from renowned 1 and 3 star Michelin restaurants in Denmark and abroad, such as Waterside into England, Kokkeriet and Søllerød Kro in Denmark. The desire to travel led Ulrik and the family to Norway where he has been the chef at Engø Gård in Tjøme for the past two years. The taste is in focus together with good craftsmanship in a classic, French-inspired kitchen with modern elegance.
