In 2004, Mr. Wolfgang Zwiener opened the very first Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Park Avenue, New York. The Wolfgang’s steakhouse features the most authentic and original flavor of dry-aged steak using only USDA Prime beef to every steak lovers and epicureans.
Since then, Wolfgang's Steakhouse has fostered a unique and unmatchable American Steakhouse culture and achieved a great success. Now, Wolfgang's Steakhouse spreads out not only in the US, but across the Pacific Ocean to Japan, Korea, Philippine, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
In 2017 , Wolfgang's Steakhouse owns 17 branches around the world and is now opening our first branch in Hong Kong as the 17th member of the Wolfgang's Family.
