The Grand Ballroom
The heritage listed Grand Ballroom at The Hotel Windsor is 310 square metres in size, and is adorned with soaring stained glass domes and windows. It can accommodate up to 350 guests for a cocktail party, 200 for a banquet, and 180 for a wedding reception.
The Bourke Room
The beautiful Bourke Room is our hotel’s newest venue. It’s also the largest, at 536 square metres. The Bourke Room offers three tired levels, lending a sense of creativity and flair to your next event or function, and can accommodate 400 guests for a cocktail party.
The Canberra Room
Measuring 120 square metres, the Canberra Room is an excellent setting for boardroom meetings or small conferences here in the heart of Melbourne. It boasts original artwork, as well as an antique gilded mirror and select pieces of antique furniture.
The Winston Room
Our intimate Winston Room was the hotel’s original dining room in the late nineteenth century; it is a beautiful, romantic space, perfect for weddings or for private dining parties of up to 30 people.
Wallis & Ed
Wallis & Ed, is an exciting events space with your own private bar, dining area and outdoor seating, creating the perfect contemporary setting for your event. Featuring an abundance of natural light, as well as a stunning feature mirror, Wallis & Ed is a perfect function venue for an intimate wedding, a special celebration or corporate meeting.
One Eleven Restaurant
Tea room by day and an elegant event space by night. Contact our Catering Sales team to enquire about how you can book out our signature restaurant for your corporate function or special function. The restaurant can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for dinner and 150 for a cocktail set up.
