Ten years after chef Ryan Clift opened his acclaimed boundary-pushing gastro-cocktail destination, he shows no signs of resting on his laurels. Now firmly ensconced in a new location and with Joe Schofield (formerly of The Savoy) at the helm, the bar has most recently introduced 'the world's first edible menu', with 12 avant-garde cocktails each represented by a specially scented gummy bear. The offer includes Baby, Happiness and Lust – but don't forget to try the classic Sonic Negroni.
