Chef Markus Mayr's three-award-winning culinary skills are now presented in the new a la carte restaurant, The Glass Garden.
The gourmet restaurant is located in the middle of the newly created glass dome. Our restaurant guests enjoy a breathtaking view of Salzburg, the city of Mozart, through a broad panorama window front, which can also be opened when the weather permits.
In the center of the restaurant, an artistically designed and hand-blown glass sculpture called "Chrysolite Aqua Tower" by American artist Dale Chihuly has been installed. The glass tower consists of 140 individually made glass parts.
Together with the innovative lighting design, the installation creates an extraordinary atmosphere. The sophisticated lighting concept complements perfectly with the handcrafted furniture made of the highest quality materials.
