Monopole

Monopole is a European-style wine bar and eatery in the heart of Potts Point, run by Brent Savage and Nick Hildebrandt, the team behind Bentley Restaurant + Bar.

Nick Hildebrandt’s wine list features more than 500 rare and boutique wines, with around 30 available by the glass or carafe at any time. This list has won multiple awards, including Wine List of the Year in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2017.

The Brent Savage-designed menu features a range of wine-friendly dishes and a broad selection of artisan cheeses.

The interior, designed by acclaimed Melbourne architect Pascale Gomes-McNabb, is moody and sophisticated, with rich dark woods and industrial metals.

We’re open for dinner seven nights a week, and lunch on Saturday and Sunday at 71A Macleay St, Potts Point.

Monopole takes limited reservations. We reserve half of the space for walk-ins and the other half for bookings.
