This swish bar is hidden behind a bookshelf that magically slides to one side when you pull the right tome. Set up by two of Korea's most forward-thinking mixologists, it's a luxurious space filled with Chesterfields and chandeliers, plus back-lit shelves lined with more than 200 whiskies. Signature cocktails include the Chamber Mule made with fresh lime and ginger, a favourite with media and celebrity regulars.
