In a house from the 17th century, historic Oslo and modern Scandinavia meet. The name Einer refers to our own roots and to the Nordic-inspired food we serve. In the open kitchen, old cooking traditions such as smoking, fermentation, salting and pickling should be preserved in a menu that will constantly change based on the season's best ingredients.
In a short time, Kvadraturen has flourished to one of Oslo's finest districts and we hope to make Kvadraturen flourish even more - with the help of heart-warming food, sparkling atmosphere and you great guests of course.
