The first rum bar in Kuala Lumpur – opened in February 2017 – is named after a drink created in the 1970s at the Hilton’s Aviary Bar and defined as ‘Malaysia’s addition to the classic cocktail genre’. The selection of rums is wide here – there are over 100, coming from all over the world, featured in creative cocktails that offer a refreshing respite from the city’s heat.
